SCREEN PRINTING
Quality screen printing with serious capability.
Screen printing remains one of the best ways to produce durable, vibrant and professional-looking garments, particularly for larger quantities.
Our modern equipment can handle everything from clean one-colour logos through to complex multi-colour fashion graphics, detailed simulated process artwork, full-colour CMYK work and prints up to approximately 500 × 500mm, depending on the garment and print position.
Our standard plastisol inks provide strong, vibrant colours and excellent opacity, particularly on dark garments. We can also produce specialised screen prints using techniques such as simulated process and CMYK printing for detailed, photographic and colour-intensive artwork.
We print T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, workwear, bags and a wide range of other textiles, with Pantone colour matching available.
SPECIALTY PRINTING
Want something beyond a standard print? We offer a range of specialty inks and finishes including puff, high density, metallic, glitter, foil, fluorescent, glow-in-the-dark, UV reactive and reflective printing.
We'll recommend the right finish based on your artwork, garment and the result you're looking to achieve.
WATERBASED & DISCHARGE
For garments where a softer, more natural print is important, waterbased and discharge printing can be excellent options.
Waterbased ink penetrates into the fabric to create a lightweight, soft-hand finish, while discharge printing removes the existing garment dye and replaces it with the print colour. Discharge can produce exceptionally soft results, particularly for large fashion prints on suitable cotton garments.
Both processes are more garment-dependent than standard plastisol, so we'll help determine whether they're suitable for your project.
EMBROIDERY
Add texture and dimension to your brand.
Embroidery creates a durable, textured finish that works particularly well on workwear, corporate uniforms, polo shirts, jackets, caps, beanies and premium branded apparel.
From clean, traditional logo embroidery through to more creative applications, we can produce a range of embroidery styles to suit your design. Options include standard embroidery, 3D embroidery, appliqué, embroidered patches and combination embroidery, allowing you to add texture, depth and visual interest to your branding.
Embroidery is particularly effective for smaller logos and simple-to-moderately detailed artwork. The garment, fabric, artwork and stitch count all influence the finished result, so we'll recommend the most suitable approach for your project.
SUPACOLOUR TRANSFERS
Full-colour printing with serious impact.
Supacolour is a premium heat transfer process combining screen printing and digital technology to produce vibrant, highly detailed prints with excellent durability.
It's ideal for detailed full-colour artwork, smaller production runs, caps, jackets, bags and garments that aren't suited to traditional screen printing. Supacolour also offers fluorescent colours, matte metallic finishes and reflective options, giving you plenty of ways to make your design stand out.
We'll select the most suitable Supacolour transfer for your artwork, garment and application.
LABELS, BADGES & TRIMS
Build your brand from the label out.
We can help create a complete branded product with custom woven and printed labels, silicon labels, woven, silicon and embroidered badges, swing tags and other custom trims.
We also offer relabelling, removing existing neck labels and replacing them with your own branded labels for a professional finished product.
DTF PRINTING
Ideal for small quantities and one-off garments.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a versatile digital transfer process that produces detailed, full-colour artwork without traditional screen setup. It's a practical option for one-off garments, samples, short runs and personal or promotional projects.
DTF transfers are not recommended for commercial or retail products where maximum durability and long-term wash performance are required. For brands, workwear and products intended for regular commercial use or resale, we recommend screen printing or Supacolour as a more durable alternative.

Meet Apparel Workshop — our small-run printing service.
Apparel Workshop is an Excellent Screen Printers business, created for customers who need custom printed apparel without the minimum quantities required for commercial screen printing.
